Sick

Well i was planning to write a big update today but I started running a fever last night and have been on the couch all morning. Sarah had a fever early in the week and Im pretty sure she passed it on to me. Oh well, Ill be back tomorrow hopefully to update.

Tuesday

I dont really have much to say but I was tired of seeing the last post up there so I decided to add a new one. This week is creeping by very slowly it seems. I did 3 loads of laundry yesterday and a bunch of dishes. Then I let the dogs outside for a while and when they came back in they tracked mud all over my livingroom so I had to mop the floors. Today I am washing my bedspread and sheets. I try to do them every week because the dogs sleep at the foot of the bed and get fur all over but it doesnt always get done. Clean sheets are one of the best smells!
Jessica has been constipated yesterday and today so its been a rough start to the week. Sarah is usually pretty good but today she decided enough I guess and has been a little stinker.
This weekend we have a movie night at church that we are involved with. We are showing the FIRE PROOF movie. Then next weekend we have Adult dinner for our church which we are also involved in. I will be glad when its all over with. Its a lot of work and stress.
I need to get going. Joe will be here soon to pick up the girls. I need to get the toys put away and start thinking about supper soon.

Is it friday yet?

This has been a long week and I cant wait til friday. Sarah and Jessica have been really good all week so that is a plus. Saturday is valentines day so Im looking forward to the weekend!! I think we are going to E-ville then back home where my honey is making me supper. Cant wait!!
I am trying to get a head start on my spring cleaning and decided yesterday to mop the bathroom by hand. So I got down on my hands and knees and cleaned that floor! The baseboards were embarrassingly very dusty so they got wiped down too. The bathroom looks much better now. Today I need to clean my livingroom floors. I cant wait to rip up the kitchen carpet and put the new tile down. The carpet smells bad and I dont want to know what all is in it. It was there when we moved in. We were able to buy the tile for 70 cents a piece so they are sitting here in my livingroom ready to go.
I am working on editing wedding photos from the wedding I took photos at over the weekend. They turned out very well, I am pleased. There was a little incident with a cousin of the brides who is a photographer and decided she was going to take photos too but didnt tell the bride. . . I was greatly annoyed. She kept snapping photos when I was trying to and kept rearranging the people after I had already arranged them. She acted like she didnt think I knew what I was doing. Very annoyed I was. My husband kept saying you want me to tell her off? While it was tempting I decided to take the high road and was over sweet to her. By the end of the night she was stepping back and saying go ahead and get your picture, Ill take mine after your done. Dont that just get you though when people act like you cant do your own job right? Chadd and I videoed his friends wedding last fall and the photographer there was trying to tell us what to do too. I was like what the heck? Let us do our job. Sometimes I wonder why I do this to myself. Why I even do weddings because I always come away from them discouraged by someone. That was my rant for the day. :-)
Chels & Ryan- we are still praying for you and B! Your name is on our church prayer bulletin and they have all been asking me how you are doing. I am amazed and in awe of the amount of people that care enough to pray and ask about someone they dont even know in a time of need. So encouraging to see!

I cant believe its monday again. Seems like it was just friday. Saturday I took photos at Chadd's friends wedding. It went pretty good. I was very happy. They are such a sweet couple and we look forward to hanging out with them soon. The wedding was in Mackey, an hour behind us in time and it didnt start til 3:30 or 4:30 our time. We were at the church from 2 our time til 8 our time. It was a long day. Yesterday I was just so tired, we went to church in the morning but I just couldnt get myself to move so I skipped church in the evening. We did get out and walk the dogs a little in the afternoon. It was so nice outside.

Sarah and Jessica are so good today! Maybe they are easing me back in the week by being good and will hit hard tomorrow but for now I am thankful. Jessica has slept all morning, I had to wake her for her bottle. Sarah slept a while too and now is up and rocking her babies and playing "sleep shannon". (where shannon has to lay back and "snore" and sleep til sarah wakes her up by smacking her face) I need to get her some lunch here soon.

Just wanted to update real quick and say that GOD IS AWESOME. Even though times are hard sometimes he is always there. I was reminded of a saying off the movie"FIREPROOF" yesterday that says "Fireproof doesnt mean you wont ever face a fire, it just means you will be strong enough to survive through it".

Continue Praying

Chelsa my dear friend was 33 weeks pregnant and lost her baby boy this morning. Please continue to pray for her and her husband and son. I cant imagine how hard it must be.
I am amazed at the response in this blogging world and facebook at how everyone has chelsa on their blogs. That dear girl is so loved and I dont think anyone can fathom how many people are praying for her right now. I am so amazed at how fellow christians pull together in times of need.
Chelsa you are so loved!!! There is literally hundreds of people praying for you.
